In order to maximize progress, it will be essential for you to follow the program and lifestyle guidelines during supervised and (if applicable) unsupervised training days.
A structured exercise training program is part of the process by which you will achieve your goals. Maintaining and exhibiting a Healthy Lifestyle, Healthy Habits, and Good Nutrition strategies also play a significant role. In fact there are 168 Hours in a given 7 day week. If you exercise 3-5 hours per week that leaves 163-165 hours per week where your lifestyle, habits and nutrition practices can either help you work towards your goals, or pull you away from them. It is because of this that WE REQUIRE our clients to maintain a 90% Compliance record in every aspect of maintaining a Fit & Healthy Lifestyle. We are committed and invested in your success, and the achievement of your goals, and it is imperative that you are as well. We very much understand that Life can get in the way at times, and it is how you react to it and get right back on track as soon as possible that determines the degree of your success.
During your exercise program, every effort will be made to assure your safety. However, as with any exercise program, there are risks, including increased heart stress and the chance of musculoskeletal injuries. In volunteering for this program, you agree to assume responsibility for these risks and waive any possibility for personal damage. You also agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program.
